Jeffrey Scott Campbell nació en East Tawas, Michigan enl 12 de Abril de 1973. Campbell es conocido principalmente por su trabajo y por ser co-creador de Gen13 y Danger Girl. Con sus trabajos en Wildstorm rápidamente fue conocido por sus dibujos de mujeres. Junto con Joe Madureira y Humberto Ramos ayudo a fundar Cliffhanger. Ademas de su trabajo en Wildstorm Comics ha trabajado para Marvel principalmente como portadista de Amazing Spider-man. or ser co-creador de Gen13 y Danger Girl.
